PERTH-based drilling contractor Ausdrill this week announced it had placed the biggest order ever received by equipment giant Sandvik for surface tophammer track drills. But this shouldn’t come as a big surprise, because the contractor has also announced an after tax profit of $A16.5 million for the half-year to December 2007. Alex Forrest reports
